Trustpilot is a consumer review website that gives people the opportunity to rate their experience with a wide range of businesses from retailers to hotels to colleges. More than four million people use Trustpilot each month to give their rating on a one-star to five-star system scale and leave comments if desired. University of Phoenix claimed its profile with Trustpilot in June 2019. By claiming a profile, businesses can invite people to leave and respond to reviews. In the two years its profile has been live, University of Phoenix has an overall rating of 4.3 stars.
More than three-quarters of current students, alumni and potential students who have posted on Trustpilot have rated University of Phoenix as Excellent or Good. Six of every 10 people who rated the University on Trustpilot chose a five-star rating. On May 21, 2021, she commented on Trustpilot that every staff member at the University has been extremely helpful to her throughout the process of enrollment and completing classes. Eduardo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix in 2001. He recently enrolled as a student again to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. Eduardo feels honored to be both an alumnus of the school and a current student.
When leaving her five-star review on May 19, 2021, Adela M. commented that enrollment was simple, and she quickly located the resources she needed to apply for financial aid. She felt that each of her instructors offered straightforward information to make their classes easy for her to understand. Adela appreciated that instructors were always available to answer her questions and felt that they supported her as a student.
Sameka M. commented on her review dated May 19, 2021 that her instructors set the pace for each course in a way that felt comfortable. She appreciated the opportunity to complete one class every six weeks because she did not feel stressed about her workload. Sameka has already received her bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix and will graduate with her master’s degree after completing three more courses.
